Property developers are typically relatively emotionless brands; they build houses to current aesthetic trends and focus messaging on quality and craftsmanship and so it was important for us to design a visual identity that was unlike others in that industry. It needed to be progressive & structural with elements that reflected the natural environment – an identity that instils a sense of calm, trust, professionalism & wellness.
Made from a clean and modern sans-serif with customised lettering that reflect the natural curves of the leaves.
